My Site 1 Gruppe

I started building a website as a weekend project, expecting it to take about a month. Three months later, I am still rewriting the same pages because I never feel happy with the words. I have recently considered whether to pay someone to website content writing so I can stop delaying the rest of the project. I already know what each page needs to explain. Has anyone handed over partly finished pages to another writer? How did you explain what you wanted changed and what should stay?
